Marina del Rey Jetties

The rock jetties that form the most seaward protective boundary of Marina del Rey qualify as public piers under CCR 1.88, which is why CDFW lists them next to the famous wooden piers. Calicos, perch, and mackerel live in the rocks. Watch your footing, the surge, and the north-jetty land-wall distinction — CDFW is explicit that the adjacent rock wall touching land is licensed water.
